Cedar Park

Cedar Park is one of the fastest growing hot spots in the Austin metro area. The median sale price is $381K at the time of this writing, which is an increase of 6.8% year over year. The city sits on the northern border of Austin about 17 miles from downtown. Some notable neighborhoods in the area to consider are:

  • Avery Ranch (spans Austin and Cedar Park)

Cedar Park stays true to its name with 1,000 acres of city-owned parkland and 30 miles of trails. Here are a few outdoor favorites:

The area has become quite the high-tech employer hub, attracting many from around the country to land that perfect job. A few companies here include Apple, Dell, IBM, Facebook, Google, and Atlassian.
