Avery Ranch

Sprawling over 1,800 acres, Avery Ranch is a master-planned community boasting over 4,000 homes. A 60-acre lake is adjacent to the 226 acre golf course including beautiful greenery and springs. The neighborhood includes 17 acres of hill country beauty and amenities such as:

  • an 18-hole golf course

  • hike and bike trails - including an 8.5 mile regional trail

  • tennis courts and club

  • basketball courts

  • multiple pools and a competitive swim team

  • playgrounds and parks

Each ‘mini neighborhood’ within Avery Ranch makes it a point to highlight the gorgeous landscape and natural vegetation in the area. In addition, a 140-acre community park has been built by the city of Cedar Park just outside of the neighborhood for all to enjoy.

Located in the desirable Northwest section of Austin, TX, Avery Ranch is about a 20 minute drive to downtown nightlife (not during rush-hour traffic). A perk only available to limited areas in Austin, the Austin Cap Metro Lakeline train station is a pleasant walk from some areas in the neighborhood.

Typically the community has fun-filled events throughout the year, so check-in frequently as COVID-19 restrictions lift. Just outside of the neighborhood are delicious restaurants, shopping, outdoor activities and more.

The neighborhood is within the acclaimed Round Rock ISD and Leander ISD. Three elementary schools (England Elementary School, Rutledge Elementary School, and Patsy Sommer Elementary School) serve the community, as well as two middle schools (Stiles Middle School and Pearson Ranch Middle School) and two high schools (Vista Ridge High School and McNeil High School).

Square footage in the community ranges from approximately 2,000-5,000 for single family homes and the median sales price is $414,500, but homes range upwards of $1M. A variety of floor plans, aesthetics, and lot sizes give buyers many options to choose from.
