This community in Georgetown is described as a “Hill Country oasis hidden alongside the scenic San Gabriel River”. We definitely agree! This 755-acre master-planned residential development has been built upon land owned by the late Jay Wolf (who founded Wolf’s Chevron with multiple locations and an HEB in Georgetown) and his family, with the focus to live up to the love he had for living on the land.
There are two sections to explore in Wolf Ranch - Hilltop and South Fork. The amenity center at Hilltop has a pool with gorgeous views and is near Hilltop Park, which has a pocket green space for residents to enjoy. The Den includes a playground as well as an indoor lounge, kitchen, and an outdoor patio and grill. It all overlooks the San Gabriel River. In South Fork, there are miles of trails that meander through the community and alongside the river. The Dry Creek Trail and Discovery Trail are especially scenic.
With the neighborhood being about a half mile from where I-35 and Highway 29 intersect, the location provides easy access to Austin as well as amenities nearby. Elementary-age children in the neighborhood attend the new state-of-the-art Wolf Ranch Elementary school which opened in the Fall of 2020 within the Georgetown Independent School District.
Pricing ranges from mid-$300s to mid-$600s with square footage starting around 1,500 to over 4,000. Give us a shout and let's go take a look!
